Receptionist/Accounting Assistant

Elliott Contracting is looking for a Receptionist/Accounting Assistant to do various accounting and administrative duties. This position is full time Monday through Friday 7am-4pm. Elliott Contracting offers excellent salary, potential for annual bonuses along with an exceptional benefits package that includes medical, dental, life, disability, and 401(k) retirement plan.

Job Duties:

• Welcome visitors
• Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls
• Sort and distribute mail
• Maintain office supplies and office cleanliness
• Schedule events and meetings
• Key daily AP invoices
• Track and create lien waivers
• Reconcile monthly statements
• Manage vendor database
• Daily deposits
• Collections
• Various data entry tasks
• Other administrative duties as needed

 

Skills list/required:

• Strong communication skills.
• Handle tasks in a professional manner.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Team-spirited and can work under pressure.
• Must have strong time management skills.
• 10-Key Experience is a must.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willing and able to multi-task.
