Accounting Assistant

Elliott Contracting is looking for an Accounting Assistant to do various accounting and administrative duties. This position is part-time to start Monday through Friday hours depending on workload, eventually working into Full-Time position. 


Job Duties:

• Key daily invoices
• Tracking and creating lien waivers
• Reconcile monthly statements
• Manage vendor database
• Daily deposits
• Collections
• Various data entry tasks
• Front desk back up
• Perform administrative duties for the department, including; filing, answering phones, copying, routing mail, etc.


Skills required:

• Strong communication skills.
• Handle tasks in a professional manner.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Team-spirited and can work under pressure.
• Must have strong time management skills.
• 10-Key Experience is a must.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willing and able to multi-task.
