Elliott Construction Management can provide minimum support for your project or provide turn-key solutions depending on your level of need. We do not adhere to only one project management tool but are flexible and can utilize whatever tool the customer prefers. We have experience in multiple delivery systems and while we can recommend various tools, we allow the customer to dictate what works best for them. Our project team works to ensure continuous communication between the team members and keep our clients apprised of the status of their project.
Services are available for any or all project phases:

Design Phase:

  •  Help create the schematic design of the user’s vision
  •  Advise users as to implications of construction decisions
  •  Create preliminary project budget


Preconstruction Phase:

  •  Advise and assist users in RFP selection and with contract negotiation
  •  Ensure permitting and approvals from regulatory agencies
  •  Determine phasing of project, space planning and temporary needs
  •  Confirm project budget and perform value engineering when needed


Construction Phase:

  •  Schedule and attend weekly construction meetings
  •  First point of contact for all issues or conflicts within project
  •  Coordinate internal resources as needed
  •  Ensure adherence to project documentation


Project Closeout:

  •  Provide final documentation, OEMs, as-build documents, lien waivers
  •  Ensure punch list corrections and warranty issues for up to one year after project completion


Throughout Project:

  •  Provide monthly updates to facilities and senior leadership, as requested
  •  Provide risk assessment to determine infection control and safety needs for project; document and coordinate same
  •  Review of pay applications and approval of invoices that are consistent with approved POs and contracts
  •  Advise owner and approve change orders as necessary
