With Michelle Berthiaume as our Lead Project Manager in healthcare facility improvement, our clients can count on cost-effective, value-driven facility solutions for both large and small projects. Michelle has the knowledge and extensive background in healthcare construction management to understand how these projects impact your facilities and employees. Michelle has over a decade of experience in the construction industry and is HCC accredited through the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).

      

 

 

 

 

 

Ron Bowen

As the President of Elliott Contracting Corporation, and a part of the Elliott Team since 2000, Ron knows what it takes to make a construction project successful and the means necessary to make this happen. Ron has developed and partnered with a broad network of trusted and experienced contractors and professionals, as a Project Manager in his earlier days with Elliott. Presently leading from an executive standpoint, Ron's energy is focused on supporting and aligning the Construction Management Team with these specific resources. Ron is CHC accredited and his industry knowledge will help to provide the best outcome for your construction project.
 

      

 

 

Matt Neumann

Matt Neumann is a great addition to our Construction Management Team as a Project Manager. Matt brings with him 10 years of extensive experience managing teams as an Educator and Community Education Supervisor. This includes, guidance in setting data-supported goals, developing timelines and procedures to reach these goals, and monitoring progress along the way, ensuring the best results. Matt has well-developed communication skills that allow him to understand your needs as a client and represent them accurately and effectively to contractors.
 

      

 

 

 

Debbie Gulbrandson

As an Administrative Assistant to our Lead Project Manager, Debbie also provides support to the Construction Management Department. Bringing 15+ years of accounting and administrative experience, Debbie possesses the skills necessary to keep the group organized and on task, allowing them to focus directly on your construction project. Debbie is ready to take on the challenges the industry requires in the ever-evolving world of construction. With her assistance, Debbie's role is to eliminate the unnecessary distractions to ensure your project gets the time and attention it needs from our Construction Management Team.
